WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?  

All pricing in Canadian dollars.  (Instant 25% average savings for all U.S. Customers.)

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout however most orders are charged as a flat rate of $19.95 for amounts under $150 and $29.95 for amounts between $150 - $300.  Order values above $300 will be charged at a rate of approximately 15% of order value calculated before discounts and taxes.  

We ship within Canada & the continental United States, shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will incur additional charges which will be quoted on a case by case basis.  Local pick up is available, simply choose this as an option at checkout. 

Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers.  Once shipped you will receive a tracking number and the majority of orders will arrive within 5 business days.

 All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and shipped insured.   However, if damage or loss does occur please contact us immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print.  DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection.  We ship your order insured so once the damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece.  No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost.  This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping. 

We use a 100% color calibrated workflow however due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images we cannot guarantee that the color and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print.  If exact color matching is a priority, then please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to produce small sample prints of your file.  The cost for this service is $80.00/hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour charge. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production.  Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days.  If you must cancel your order please contact ASAP by support@printpartner.ca or phone at 647-725-3433

Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you enter on the Merchant Link Pages such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address, are protected by Authorize.net.

This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“personal information”), which may include your email address, and other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc., and in the case of online shopping, credit card number and expiration date.

WHAT COMES WITH THE ARTWORK?

Your beautiful, original painting will be framed and ready to hang.  Clients will also receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity for the artwork.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY ON ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?

All original artworks will be insured and shipped via FedEx Ground.  Tracking numbers will be supplied for every shipment.  Shipping costs are included in the selling price listed.  Shipping costs do not include the 5% GST tax for Canadian clients or any Customs Duties charged to US or foreign clients.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  Artwork can be returned within 30 days of order date for a refund of purchase price (less the shipping fee) if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase..  It should be undamaged and in the original packaging. Just send me an email with your order number and we'll work out the details.  Return shipping cost at customer’s expense and customer must insure artwork for return.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your painting arrives and the box is damaged, please contact laara.cassells@gmail.com immediately to let me know.  Before opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package.  You may open the package to see if the work has been damaged (hopefully it is only superficial) but if the painting or print is damaged, please photograph the damaged artwork.  DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection.

NOTE:  Every original work of art is photographed before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you, for insurance purposes.  All of my original artworks are insured for transportation. 

WHO PAYS TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES? 

All shipping is from Canada and all U.S. and foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their paintings.

ARE THE PAINTINGS READY TO HANG?  

All paintings are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

For a standard order, allow 7 - 10 days for framing and packing.  Shipping times range from 6-14 business days via FedEx Ground. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Please contact laara.cassells@gmail.com if you need a rushed order, and for an extra charge, I will try to meet your needs.

On any given day, an original might be out of the studio and being featured in an International Exhibition.  If this is the case, I will contact you immediately and let you know when the specific painting is due to be returned to me, (if not sold at the Exhibition), and when you might expect to receive it.

HOW DO I USE THE LIVE IMAGE PREVIEW?

The Live Preview tool (augmented reality) on my site allows you to use your phone or tablet to see how my art will look on your own walls. There's no app to install, you will need to use a mobile device with a current browser. Pull up my website on your mobile device and navigate to the image you're interested in previewing, and click on the "Live Preview" button. My website will launch your camera from within your internet browser and superimpose the artwork onto whatever you have your phone pointed at.  It's best to stand 10-12 feet from the wall where you want to see the art, and face it straight on.  You can change the artwork's position just by moving the phone, and you can choose sizes with the pull down menu at the bottom of the screen. The ability to launch a camera right from the browser is currently supported by the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera, in both their PC and Android versions. If you have an Apple device, you must use Apple's Safari browser, version 11 and higher.
